This notice covers personal data collected through our booking and contact forms, under Law of Ukraine No. 4004-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 25 April 2024 and, where applicable, EU Regulation 2016/679.

- Contact data: name, email, phone.
- Booking data: service, dates, guests, requests.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser data, cookie identifiers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling bookings and pre-contract steps — contract performance.
- Answering enquiries — legitimate interest.
- Tax and accounting duties — legal obligation.
- Non-essential cookies and marketing — your consent.
4. Cookies and consent
We store or access information on your terminal equipment only with your prior consent, except strictly technical storage. You may withdraw consent at any time. Legal basis: Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' of 16 December 2020; Law of Ukraine No. 4004-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 25 April 2024.
5. Recipients
Hosting, payment and booking providers acting as processors, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Booking and financial records are kept for the period required by Ukrainian accounting law; enquiry data for up to 24 months; cookie data for each cookie's lifetime.
7. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent: write to contact@meditattiona.com. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
8. Consumer complaints
Service complaints are handled under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023. Contact us first; you may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
