Rules for using this website and booking festival travel packages.

1. Service provider

2. Acceptance of these terms

Using this website or sending a booking request means you accept these terms. Provider details, prices and contract information are shown before you conclude a contract.

3. Booking and eligibility

A booking request is an offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm it in writing. Before that we provide pre-contract information: total price, dates, itinerary, accommodation and transport, cancellation rights and the complaint procedure. Bookings require age 18 or over.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia and include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise; payment methods appear at checkout. For packaged travel services we identify the tour operator and the registration details the law requires.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may withdraw from the distance contract on the terms shown before booking; refunds return to the original payment method within the period set by law.

6. Participant obligations

Provide accurate details, hold valid documents, follow venue and safety rules and respect other participants. We may refuse participation for serious breaches without affecting your statutory rights.

7. Complaints and dispute resolution

Send complaints to contact@meditattiona.com or +380 509 754 3958; we reply within the statutory period. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection, use out-of-court settlement, or apply to the courts of Ukraine.

8. Personal data, advertising and changes

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Promotional statements on this site are accurate and identifiable. We may amend these terms; the version published at the time of booking applies.
