Age and Guardian Consent Policy
Bookings are for adults aged 18+. Under-18 participants need written guardian consent and adult supervision.
1. 18+ rule and guardian consent
The lead traveller must be 18+; we verify age before confirming a booking (Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015; Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023).
For a participant under 18, a parent or legal guardian must give written consent before we confirm the place, stating the minor's name and date of birth, booking reference, dates, and the supervising adult's name and contact. We may request ID confirming the relationship.
2. Supervision
Every minor must be accompanied throughout by a parent or guardian aged 18+, who is responsible for conduct, safety and damage. One adult may supervise at most two minors. Higher age limits are shown before booking.

4. Withdrawal, refusal and complaints
Consent may be withdrawn in writing before departure; the minor's place is then cancelled under our refund policy. We may refuse a booking without confirmed consent or supervision. Out-of-court disputes follow Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023; the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection is the competent authority.
