Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Provider identification

This policy applies to every booking made on meditattiona.com. Provider: meditattiona.com, LLC, EDRPOU code 45216953, Business Center Gulliver, 1A Sportyvna Square, Kyiv, 01023, Ukraine; contact@meditattiona.com; +380 509 754 3958. These details are disclosed before you enter into a distance contract, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023.

2. Total price, inclusions and exclusions

The total price is displayed before you confirm a booking and covers all mandatory charges for the selected package. Unless the booking summary states otherwise, it excludes optional insurance, visa and consular fees, personal expenses, meals and transfers not listed, and charges payable locally. No mandatory charge is added after submission. Advertising claims on this site are identifiable and accurate (Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' of 3 July 1996).

3. Supplier-specific terms and package travel

Some components are supplied by third parties whose terms (cancellation windows, no-show rules, document and age requirements) appear in the booking summary before payment; where they differ from this policy, those supplier terms prevail for that component. For packaged travel services we identify the tour operator or travel agent and the required registration details (Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' of 15 September 1995).

4. Confirmation, changes and cancellation

A booking becomes binding when we send written confirmation to your email address. To change or cancel, write to contact@meditattiona.com. Unless your booking summary sets another deadline, cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the service; later cancellations may incur the supplier's actual fee, which is disclosed before you confirm. Changes depend on availability and any price difference, confirmed to you in writing first. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected (Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023).

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval. Third-party bank or payment-provider fees actually incurred are non-refundable.

6. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution

Send complaints to contact@meditattiona.com; we reply within 30 calendar days. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection for out-of-court resolution (Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023).

7. Personal data and cookies

Booking data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 4004-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 25 April 2024; non-essential cookies require your prior consent (Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' of 16 December 2020).
