Sending the enquiry form commits you to nothing. The terms below apply from the day the deposit clears, and the full policy always wins over this summary.
- Deposit holds the seat
- A deposit secures your place on the coach and the named accommodation. The balance is due on the date printed on your booking confirmation, not before.
- Cancelling before departure
- Cancel in writing to contact@meditattiona.com. The later you cancel, the larger the share of the package we can no longer recover from the coach operator and the property, so the refund shrinks in steps. The exact cut-off dates sit in the policy document.
- Changing a name or a city
- Moving a booking to another traveller is usually free while seats remain. Switching departure city depends on seat availability on that route.
- What the refund never covers
- Personal travel insurance, meals and personal spending sit outside the package and stay non-refundable through us.
- If the organiser cancels the event
- We refund the recoverable part of the package — bed, coach seat, and on-site host — and show you the arithmetic line by line.
